Initial Signup and Basic Settings
1. Signing up Our signup process is entirely automated, so you can signup online at any time and be live within 15 minutes
2. Adding users Each person in your company will have their own login, and can control their own settings
3. Company info and screen setup We need to know a little about your company, and how to answer your calls

You also have the option of Email, Telephone2, Address and Postcode with pureJAM. We can also do bespoke setups if required.
4. Adding credit to your account We take payment online through Google Checkout so it's quick and secure

Instead of topping up your account, you simply pay your initial invoice.

Advanced Settings and Features
Customisable call instructions Each user has 4 statuses, each of which can have different scripts we use if the caller wants to speak with you.

You have the option of asking us to try to put the caller through to you
Changing your instructions by Twitter You can update your status (and therefore instructions) with Twitter, which gives you quick control of how we handle your calls
Referral scheme You can earn money by recommending us. We pay you 5% of any payments your referrals make for as long as they have an account
Message delivery You can choose how we send you your messages. The default is to send by SMS, Email and our internal U2U system
Status Timetable (no video yet)
You can also have your status (and therefore call instructions) change on a timetabled basis to fit your work pattern. This can be overridden by Twitter/SMS

Messageboards (no video yet)
You can use your portal as a company intranet. You can even have phone messages delivered to the messageboard to allow group discussion and collaboration
