If you’re available during the day and want to take your own calls, that’s not a problem. You can use exactly the same system (for free!) and your messages will go to the same place. This helps to keep all your data together.

Status Timetable and Call Instructions



You can get your schedule to automatically change on a time basis. This is useful for making your status match your working week. Based on this information you can set specific call instruction that will provide authenticity no other service can match.

SMS Status Change



You can quickly change your status by sending us an SMS message. Combined with the call instructions above, you can quickly change how your calls are answered even on the move.

SMS Special Instructions



On a similar note, you can put a general note on your message screen via SMS. This is useful if you need to let us know something while you're out. You can also easily set an expiry time in the message.

Twitter



Anything you can do by SMS, you can do via Twitter aswell. For example, to change your status to Away you simply Tweet '@messagebot status away' and within a minute or so, our friendly automated Twitterbot will update your status and reply.

User2User Messaging



You can use the web portal to send simple email style notes to each other. Our clients find it better than email for internal use because it means you don’t get an inbox full of spam and it keeps all the data together.

Tagging



You can quickly and easily tag items with your own shared (or private!) tags. You can tag anything within your portal including U2U’s, Phone messages, To Do Tasks, Messageboard Posts, etc

Create an internal forum to discuss key issues and alert staff to important announcements. Certain messages we take for you can even be posted on the messageboard

For every message we take for you, it is possible to see a complete breakdown of everything that happened from who took the message, what happened next, was the patch successful and if not why not, and finally a length of time the screen was open and at what rate.
